1040i creates opportunities for volunteer teams of medical professionals to provide surgeries (e.g. cataract, OBGYN, orthopedic, maxillofacial, cancer, hernia, etc.) and health & eye clinics for children and adults in areas where medical care exists in limited form or not at all.

1040i provides avenues for children and adults to gain access to safe drinking water through wells, reservoirs and other resources.

1040i’s volunteer construction crews and educators construct and repair schools, build orphanages and provide school supplies to allow children the opportunity for an education they otherwise would not receive.
